Returns

At designerlabelsup, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our natural soy wax candles. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original packaging
  • Be in the same condition as when you received it
  • Include the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Not be damaged or altered in any way

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at customer@designerlabelsup.world or call us at +1 (877) 273-0574 to obtain a return authorization number
  2. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  3. Include the return authorization number and original receipt
  4. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days. You will receive a credit automatically applied to your original payment method.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different scent or product, please contact us to arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability. You will be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective candle, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please provide photos of the damaged item to help us process your claim quickly.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, please check the following:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement
  • Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
  • Contact us if you have done all of the above and you still have not received your refund

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
